    I have a pretty good experience every time I visit here. I did have a time where I ordered online during my short lunch break, and got my food and had to leave quickly before checking if everything was right. Needless to say, everything I ordered was left out of my sandwich, and I was left with only onions and bread, for about $12. I contacted the company and explained my situation, and they mailed me a "we goofed" apology note and 2 free meal tickets, so that was very appreciated, and I will continue to eat here!

    Love the fries and the sandwich was great too. I will come back just for the fries lol. Give this place a try.

    I hated this place because they had a 45-minute wait and they're fresh cut fries tasted like year old Fry's. And they didn't even get our order correct. And their customer service was awful.
